I have not seen Discover credit cards being accepted in Singapore.
However, if you have American Express, Visa or MasterCard - they are accepted everywhere. Even JCB Card from Japan is quite widely accepted too (though not as much as Visa/MasterCard, American Express)

It%26#039;s rare to find any shop that take Discover. Your best bet are Visa and MasterCard. Some smaller shops don%26#039;t take Amex, as Amex charge them a higher fee vs Visa and Master. Report It
