A few questions about monthly fees on prepaid credit cards.?

I just signed up for an All Access prepaid credit card. I was wondering how the monthly Account Maintenance fee worked, do they take the $5.95 from whatever you have loaded onto your card or do you have to pay at the reload station? If they do take the fee from whatever is loaded, what happens if there%26#039;s not enough to pay the fee? Do they waive it or do they cancel the card?
