What type of American Express cards is good for my first credit card?

I want an American Express credit card. This would be my first one, but I%26#039;m not sure which one to get. I%26#039;m not looking for anything too extreme, but I do want the option to pay over time with a low APR%. Which one of these is the best one (I%26#039;m 18)?

I always had the green cause that way I dont get over confident and expend more than I should and I dont accumulate a balance
